Goddess Door will happily offer a store credit for items you wish to return within 14 days.
We do not refund for incorrect choice, incorrect sizing and or change of mind.
Please note; you will NOT be credited for your initial shipping fee, and NOT, compensated for return postage fee.
The credit note will be issued for the product cost only if the garment is returned in its original condition with tags attached.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
Any items returned after the specified returns time frame will be denied.
All returns must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer’s expense.
Please include a copy of your invoice in your parcel.
Please keep a copy of; return traceable package receipt, as we may request a copy.
Please take due care when trying on your order in particular, take care not to
damage get makeup, deodorant, tobacco / cooking odours, fake tan and perfume, etc on the garment/ product.

In the case of a faulty product
The Returns Team will assess the fault upon return of the product. If the Returns
Team deem it to be a manufactures fault, and no longer in stock a full refund of the product and shipping will be issued. Please include a copy of your invoice in your parcel and a copy of your return traceable package receipt.

Underwear, intimates, swimwear, beauty lines and pierced jewellery cannot be
returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Many of our Accessories are uniquely handcrafted .There may be visible
imperfections and are to be considered part of their beauty and charm, rather
than faults. These items will not be considered faulty if returned.

If an item is lost it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the item, all packages are fully trackable with a tracking number we provide.
If your package is returned to us you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent out.
