Free postage $100 and over (Australia only).
We process purchases on business days, Monday to Friday excluding public
holidays.
If you make a purchase on a non-business day, we will process the purchase
the next business day.
Please allow 24-48 hours to despatch your order. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to supply the correct address. If you have
had issues with Courier services finding your address, please consider an
alternative delivery address.
Once you have placed your order you cannot make any changes due to
packing and shipping procedures. This includes cancelling or swapping of
any sizes or items within your order.
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event
that your items are damaged in transit, we cannot accept responsibility. All
complaints are to be forwarded directly to the courier service.
